Weekend Mindfulness
Our Weekend Mindfulness Retreat is a 2-4 day guided experience designed to help you reconnect, slow down, and learn simple ways to live with less stress. Through Zen-based mindfulness meditation, participants are introduced to practices that are easy to understand, universal, and deeply practical for everyday life. The retreat is complemented by gentle, holistic approaches to support both body and mind, all set in a peaceful jungle environment near Gunung Leuser.
